Would not hire them again. Didn't get any work on my case completed. Time sesnsative issues were ignored and the timelimit has expired. EVERY deadline Kinkead set was not met, and excuses made. Kinkead still owes me my retainer back, which was supposed to be returned by the middle of April 2025. Kinkead has been suspended from the Law Society of Ontario since Dec 20, 2024.
