They go above and beyond to help their clients! Personally, they have helped our travels from great holidays to getting to a destination for a family emergency. Wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend if you looking for very personalised and professional service 😊
Lauren Egas was truely wonderful. She organised both the Intrepid and Collette tours on Canada in August /September 2026. She also organised our flights which after the start of the Middle East war in February meant we had to cancel or Emirates flights. Lauren quickly organised our Emirates refund which was great. I would certainly recommend Lauren as an excellent travel agent whose customer service is outstanding. Bernadette Grant
We had the most amazing 5 week holiday to London, Spain, Portugal, Norway and Italy, all organised by Yvette Kerr. We have been dealing with Yvette now for over 20 years and we wouldn’t consider any other agent. She is absolutely amazing with so many ideas, suggestions and recommendations. Nothing is too much trouble and she’s always available to help at any time . In one word. Yvette is “Brilliant”

Over the years, Louise has helped us organise countless trips and has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Louise’s knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly their personal care and understanding of what we want from our holidays have been exceptional. It is such a comfort knowing that we can simply tell Louise where we’d like to go and she will tak... read more
