Criminals. My daughter put a tiny scratch/dent on one of their trucks in a parking lot. We were honest & left a note. They waited almost 6 months to file a claim. Clearly this scratch was a bother. They managed to get my insurance to pay them $6100 for what started as an $1800 quote. This type of fraud is why no one wants to be honest anymore & why everyone’s insurance is so high.
Company administration, does not know how to bid jobs correctly therfore they'll place change orders on other companies to recover their losses.
