I recently lost a lot of weight and was constantly losing my rings. I was losing them in the bed, on the couch, almost down the kitchen drain. We have purchased several items here. The staff has always been super kind and friendly! My husband even had them custom make me a piece that was literally after a matching tattoo that we have. They did a phenomenal job on it and it was exactly the same as our tattoo. I would highly recommend!
A month or so ago I was doing dishes and like always after finishing I turned on the garbage disposal. I knew there was something metal in it. So, I turned the disposal off and to my horror I reached in and pulled out my once beautiful peridot ring. It was absolutely mangled!! Needed my ring sized after losing a bunch of weight and I also wanted to get it sautered and cleaned. Let me just say the people at Kincade are the nicest people you will ever meet. The customer service was exceptional, price to get my ring back on my finger after over a year was great and they made it shine like it was brand new and they did it so fast!! I will definitely be back not only to keep my ring cleaned but to shop for new jewelry.
