First omakase, absolutely stellar. Now I’m in the hunt for rare sake.
Excellent service, food and prices. Probably some of the best sushi i have ever had for the most reasonable price i have ever had. The chef was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the courses and it showed in the food. Will be coming back here for the fall menu. I looked it up and i can’t believe this isn’t on the Michelin guide. If i have the time, i will be writing to the nyc inspectors team to get pay them a visit, i think it would be an ideal candidate for the bib gourmand distinction.
