Kinitro fitness is a great place to work out. I was someone that didn’t enjoy group fitness workouts, but I’ve enjoyed the classes here. Classes are pretty small so you’ll always get 1on1 attention as you need it. Open gym is also a good option if you don’t want to do the classes.
It’s been 8 months since I started at Kinitro and Incan it’s been stellar for me. John sets up a great program and is a fantastic owner and operator. Coach Emily has been so great to work with, she balances being encouraging but tough, challenging us to push through knowing it will help us. I’m so glad I found this gym and look forward improving with each class.
Kinitro has been the best gym I have joined in Houston. Only 'issue' for me is location. Apart from that, the Coaches are incredible and foster a motivating and comforting environment. Here the priority is to learn and continuously improve yourself. I am very grateful I found this gym. Highly recommend for those who want to learn how to lift correctly and grow their fitness knowledge. I drive 40 mins after a long day of work to go to class ..that should say enough.
Kinitro Fitness is the best center in Alief area. Before my son enrolled in the fitness program , John , explained with details what choice of program and schedule is available . The center is well kept and organized . The staff are friendly and demonstrate they care for their students . I sincerely recommend Kinitro Fitness to everyone .
