The garage door repair was very fast, professional, and at a good price. My door didn't even open as quietly when it was new as it does after the repair. I recommend them.
Our garage door spring broke and it was making loud noise to go up or down. It was definitely not safe to use the garage door with broken spring. I called Kris and he quickly stopped by in the evening to look at it. Even in freezing temperature, Kris did a thorough inspection of the garage door. He showed me all the loose nuts and bolts all over my garage door, and also showed me how my cable was almost broken. My garage door spring broke and the garage door was struck open half way. It could not close properly. It was late in the evening, almost night . I quickly called Chris. He came in 5 minutes . He checked and closed the door manually. He came next day early and replaced with a new spring . He also checked all the other parts and also replaced one of the broken hinge .
