My garage door spring broke and the garage door was struck open half way. It could not close properly. It was late in the evening, almost night . I quickly called Chris. He came in 5 minutes . He checked and closed the door manually. He came next day early and replaced with a new spring . He also checked all the other parts and also replaced one of the broken hinge .
