As soon as I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. The front of house member, Jordan, was superb in both greeting and informing me of the physios philosophy and practice. Alina was exceptional, best physio I’ve ever been to. She was quick to address the issue, reassure me that I was on the right tracks to recovery and gave me a fantastic rehabilitation program to follow. Great physio clinic. I like the way they communicate the process of recovery and graduated return to activity at the beginning. Easy to remember exercises with the app too. My physio Tully made me feel at ease - would highly recommend
I went to Kinima Physio with reoccurring shoulder and neck pain along with nerve issues. Tully helped me feel like myself again; the care and advice she gave me made a real difference. I came to Kinima as a new client recently to help deal with my longstanding shoulder issue that had flared up recently again. Alina got to the root cause of the flare ups immediately and had a tailored programme ready to go. Within a matter of weeks, my shoulder is fully recovered and actually better now then it was in my pre-injury state. As such, i'll be implementing these learnings in training full time.
