I have been receiving treatment from Alistair for a couple of sporting injuries over the last year. Alistair is very professional and dedicated to getting you back in shape. I also love the fact that there’s a mini gym on the premises where appropriate exercises are demonstrated then watched under supervision so homework is done correctly. Yeah he’s a great find. I recently saw Alistair from Kinima pre and post my hip replacement. My recovery was unbelievably speedy and comprehensive. This was through Alistair’s excellent plan which saw me enter surgery very prepared and fast tracked my full, speedy recovery. From my experience I would highly recommend this professional team.
Caitlin at Kinima physio was absolutely amazing in treating my slipped disk. Her professional and depth of knowledge and overall great personal approach made me feel reassured that I was getting great treatment. I noticed signicsnt Improvement with my back pain and can put it down to Caitlin's practical knowledge and advice. Would highly recommend Caitlin to anyone, 10/10
The whole team is super friendly. The app works well with prescribed exercises. And most importantly, physiotherapist Tully is a superstar!
