Today I decided to give this shop another opportunity, my previous one was in 2013. I made an appointment for an oil change and first of all, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes JUST for an oil change and they were not busy as the other two appointments were later than mine, secondly, it was $87 with a $5 coupon, at the dealership pay $75. Why would I wanna come back to this place when their oil change is $92 Vs $75 at the dealership and it takes 1 hr and 30 min Vs 45 min at the dealership. I took in my car for a repair. Driver seat was fully reclined and not moving up. I had spent the weekend attempting to fix it but it was outside of my abilities so I took it to this shop. When I dropped it off I let them know I had looked at the fuses and switches and they all look good and it’s likely an actuator/motor issue in the chair recline, but needed them to verify and give me a quote for the work. I only went in for car inspection but they found other problems, showing by photos what they were, which I was very grateful..did except work.
