Customer service is really good here. I was pleased with the timely service on my wife's car and happy to hear that they will work on older vehicles. I'll be bringing my 87 Ford in soon.
I moved to Kingwood 6 years ago and was referred to Kingwood Auto. They are professional, well trained and trustworthy. They have taken care of all of my auto care sense. I now live with ]COPD. When it is so hot, like it is now, I struggle to breathe. Kingwood Auto was kind enough to come pick up my Car for inspection and then bring it back to me. That type of service is hard to find. I highly recommend Kingwood Auto. Another great service business in the Kingwood Community
Huge thanks to David at Kingwood Tire & Auto. He tested my lawnmower battery even though it wasn’t their usual thing. Super quick, super helpful. I really appreciate the extra effort!
Had my car repaired under warranty here today. I was told by Christian Brothers on Northpark the warranty would not cover the lower arms on suspension.
