Deceptive business practices. Upon describing the issue and asking the price for diagnosing an A/C leak problem, I was given a price of $199 for a full diagnosis, which I agreed to. Later, after looking at my car, I received a report listing everything that was wrong with my car, and was told that it would cost an additional $307 to complete the diagnosis, before I could even get a quote on the actual repairs. Staff is extremely friendly and kind. Came in real quick with a question, they showed me how to fix what what's going on with my car, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Extremely friendly staff, great location, 100% would recommend
I had a great experience with Kingwood Tire & Auto / Independent Goodyear. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions honestly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciated was their customer service and how efficiently they handled everything.
