Had my car repaired under warranty here today. I was told by Christian Brothers on Northpark the warranty would not cover the lower arms on suspension.
Deceptive business practices. Upon describing the issue and asking the price for diagnosing an A/C leak problem, I was given a price of $199 for a full diagnosis, which I agreed to. Later, after looking at my car, I received a report listing everything that was wrong with my car, and was told that it would cost an additional $307 to complete the diagnosis, before I could even get a quote on the actual repairs. So, in order to get an actual diagnosis, it would cost me 254% more than what was originally agreed. I received none... read more
Staff is extremely friendly and kind. Came in real quick with a question, they showed me how to fix what what's going on with my car, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Extremely friendly staff, great location, 100% would recommend
