Anthony is amazing. I didn’t purchase with the company but if you live in this area and you need a mechanic shop. This is the one for you! Customer Service alone is what sold me.
Always great service. Gina was incredibly helpful getting us back up and running and Anthony helped us a few weeks prior when all of my lights came on at once (jeeps)... very helpful and professional!
Today I decided to give this shop another opportunity, my previous one was in 2013. I made an appointment for an oil change and first of all, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes JUST for an oil change and they were not busy as the other two appointments were later than mine, secondly, it was $87 with a $5 coupon, at the dealership pay $75. Why would I wanna come back to this place when their oil change is $92 Vs $75 at the dealership and it takes 1 hr and 30 min Vs 45 min at the dealership. I took in my car for a repair. Driver seat was fully reclined and not moving up. I had spent the weekend attempting to fix it but it was outside of my abilities so I took it to this shop. When I dropped it off I let them know I had looked at the fuses and switches and they all look good and it’s likely an actuator/motor issue in the chair recline, but needed them to verify and give me a quote for the work.
