I'd like to express my gratitude to the Service Advisor, Mr. Anthony Pete, and the technician who did an outstanding job fixing my flat tire, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. The staff and service were truly excellent.
Anthony is amazing. I didn’t purchase with the company but if you live in this area and you need a mechanic shop. This is the one for you! Customer Service alone is what sold me.
Always great service. Gina was incredibly helpful getting us back up and running and Anthony helped us a few weeks prior when all of my lights came on at once (jeeps)... very helpful and professional!
Today I decided to give this shop another opportunity, my previous one was in 2013. I made an appointment for an oil change and first of all, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes JUST for an oil change and they were not busy as the other two appointments were later than mine, secondly, it was $87 with a $5 coupon, at the dealership pay $75. Why would I wanna come back to this place when their oil change is $92 Vs $75 at the dealership and it takes 1 hr and 30 min Vs 45 min at the dealership.
