My house is 4 yrs old and it is already cracking …. This should not be happening already!!! I’ve contacted the builders regarding this issue… the only thing they have to say about it is….. it passed inspection…. There is nothing we can do… Obviously there is a serious design flaw in the building of these homes or this is the down side of trying to build homes / neighborhoods etc in a rush to make a buck..corners are cut, to cut the cost of building the homes that only is beneficial to the designers and investors….
