The psychiatrists and nurse practitioners at Kingwood Psychiatry are first class. All my encounters and interactions with the office staff have been positive thus far. I’ve been a patient at several psychiatric clinics over the years and I would rate Kingwood Psychiatry at the top of the list. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone with mental health needs.
Incompetent reception staff. Called on 6/6 the office in the woodlands. Was scheduled for an appoint by Kayla for 2pm on 6/19. Show up and there’s nothing on record. The woman at the front was rude and not helpful making sure to let me know I needed to put my credit card down first she said that multiple times. Never apologized or offer to try to get me in sooner than July. I filled out all of the paper work before hand online in the portal, filled out insurance etc. What a colossal waste of my time.
