I had a great experience with this clinic. Their Nurse Practitioner was very informative and knowledgeable. Front Desk staff were nice as well. However, I did understand some previous comments about some office policies. I believe it would benefit the clinic by providing their office policies in writing to notify of such in their new patient paperwork. I'm giving them a bad rating because of their extremely punitive attendance policy: Apparently, I had two missed appointments, I understand that I no-showed, it was in 2020 during COVID. However, 5 years later, I go to schedule an appointment, they schedule it, and I believe everything is fine. I called this office today to schedule an appointment Dr Uzma Ali, whom I’ve seen in the past. The employee that answered would NOT schedule an appointment for me to see her. I informed employee I want to see the neurologist for medical issues that should be addressed to a neurologist.
