Helped calibrate and inspect a new bike purchased for my wife. Did a great job and at a very fair price! Highly recommend!
If you have a bike and live within 35 miles of this place make it your main bike shop. Been going here for years even after they changed locations . Ben never tries to nickel and dime me , never tries to upsell me. I bring my bike in tell ben what's going on with it and ask for his recommendation and he tells me what is most likely going on and then if something is outside my price range he sends me a text or call informing me it goes over budget before doing the work and asks if its ok. Took my bike for a rim replacement, I didn’t ask the price as Ben seems like an honest person. Sure enough paid a fair price. Ben cleaned up my bike, did new tape on handlebars and preventive maintenance to make it run like new. I’ll be taking all my bikes to Kingwood Bicycles, happy to also support local small businesses. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kingwood bikes is always extremely accommodating, fast and reasonably priced.
I brought my daughter’s scooter in because she keeps going through headset bearings. I was greeted as soon as I went in, by the owner, who gave me a couple of choices on the repair. He had the correct bearings in stock so I left it for him to repair. He had it completed fast and even gave me a couple of tips to help keep it adjusted down the road. Good ole customer service from a local small business!
