Painful and horrible experience from start (order) to pickup to finish (returns). Surprising they are in business
Doing a bath remodel, this place was close to home, figured we would stop in their Livermore location to see what they had. Upon walking through the door, there were 3 women in the office area, they did not bother to greet us. We proceeded into the showroom to look around, wandered around for about 15 minutes, nobody bothered to come see if we needed any help. Kingway, you will not get any of my money, and trust me, I plan to spread the word.
