I bought over $2,700 worth of cabinetry from Kingway. Upon opening one box (of many), I found the door panel was SEVERELY scratched, white plastered, and then lacquered over... only the door was damaged. The rest of the contents were undamaged. This was obviously done at the manufacturer, or it wouldn't have the lacquer over it. I hung the cabinet, figuring that Kingway would replace the door (that was my mistake).
