They agreed to clean my roof and gutter using roof ladders. Instead they jet washed them and walked over my roof to do so. They broke several tiles which they agreed they had done. They wanted to bodge repair my roof by cementing the areas the tiles had broken off. I had to pay someone to clean my gardens after they left them in a mess and I had to pay someone else to replace the broken tiles. They agreed to compensate me but have not contacted me since to agree and pay said compensation. Very unprofessional.
I was very pleased with the workmanship of this company. However, I could not give 5 stars as I had to clean up after them.
replace and rest missing tiles,repoint after storm Dennis.Fair price,Job done well to satisfaction and immediatley with one of the biggest storms in years(Eunice) about to hit tomorrow straight after Dennis i dread to think of what damage would have occured had this repair not been done so promptly.
