I've noticed the owner of the practice, try and excuse poor reviews by replying with something like: "We have no record of you in our system, leaving bad reviews is unfair" This is a common defense used by owners typically to do their best to mitigate the poor performance of their business/practice. I think most people who read reviews are wise to this tactic, I'll leave it to the reader to decide if this review is "unfair" or somehow a fabrication.
