I have received a message today 12th August 2025 informing me of changes to appointments which comes into place in September (short notice). Appointment types will be given and graded by the triage team! No information has been given to inform us who the triage team are. Will they be Drs, nurses or reception staff? Been my Family doctors for 2 years and never had a bad experience. Staff are kind and professional; theyve kept me ticking on!
If you are looking for the rudest and most racist doctors, you have come to the right place. They are all waiting for you in a complete package at Kingswood Clinic. The usual registration period for all GP is 2 weeks, but here you will experience the taste and excitement of waiting for a month to register. But the receptionist was nice.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Kingswood Medical Centre recently. The reception staff are always friendly and pleasant to deal with, which is such a rarity these days and makes a real difference.
