Flowers were delivered yesterday after having to follow up 3 times, three roses and many daisies are already wilted and dead next day(we used the flower feed provided and they are in water) Jo was very rude when spoken to, told us she had an appointment to go to which is why couldn’t deliver before 2pm and barraged my husband for not leaving a note to say before 2, then when delivered in person she said she had to rush from another delivery in the blue mountains. Flowers were ordered from interstate family through website. When this bouquet arrived after 5pm (Thursday ) pink roses were brown and discoloured (wilting) around edges and other flowers in bouquet box also not looking fresh. It was not a hot and humid day either.We received many bouquets of flowers from friends and family of varying sizes over the past 4 days from other florists and these flowers looked the oldest when they were actually the latest delivery.
