These people are literal thieves! Do not rent from them, they will find every little excuse to charge an arm and a leg when you move out! Change the date on the final notice you send them 31 days in advance! They will definitely lie about you leaving the trailer a mess, when you have video you cleaned and left it as it was given to you. They are the worst to people to deal with! Incredibly astonished at how terrible they deal with issues and how easily they steal your deposit and charge extra.
Do not rent here they’re scammers! The worst rental company there is in GI. Brandi is disrespectful she doesn’t know how to manage like a true manager. They lied on my last statement, over charged me when I moved out. They will rip you off. They say rent is a certain amount and then change it every month! Not a good rental place at all. Rather live in the streets.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! You have been warned. This has honestly been the worst rental experience of my life. I have rented my entire life and have never had a landlord this corrupt. Sure, things will start off really nice with a great move in deal. But wait until winter comes and it takes 3 plus days for them to clear the roads after a snow storm.
