They will not let you put a fence up for your dogs and some of the dogs run around loose just not very convenient

HORRIBLE ,HORRIBLE place to rent from! They don’t give you back your security deposit, they won’t explain why and come up with bogus excuses or reasons. They are not on top of their accounting. They literally just want people’s money ! I rented a 3 bedroom TRAILER Home from this place and paid $1,600 a month plus electricity . They were constantly shutting off the water to “maintenance” things. Please don’t not rent from ascentia or Kingswood or west park plaza. They are horrible and over priced.
