Terrible customer response, I wanted a quote to add 2 cabinets to my existing kitchen so that they would all match, since they supplied them all, and was told that they didn't have time for me, and to try again in 3 months. I wonder if the response would have been the same if I was looking to do a complete reno on my kitchen? No way of reaching anyone else in the company.
