Great Customer Service
I had a sinus lift done by Dr. Li late last year. I wasn't particularly sure at first, but the procedure was very successful and I had no discomfort during or after the procedure. Dr. Li is very skilled and knowledgeable. He explains things super clearly. When talking to him, I felt like I was in a classroom, not an office. I am with dr Li for over 10 years started in Stamford now chasing him in Fairfield where he opened his private practice. He has worked on my teeth cap to implants .. he had taken care of me and avoided unnecessary work on teeth.. love his magnified screen to show the client what’s going on! Love his attitude, skills and honesty and always smiling

The receptionist were friendly and efficient with paperwork, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Li and his assistant were very welcoming.
