If I could give zero stars, I would. Calls were ignored, updates were non-existent, and the whole process took MONTHS longer than promised. I had to chase them down for updates, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions. AVOID at all costs. Never bring your vehicle here, even if recommended by Toyota. Everyone here deserves to be fired and reported. We still don’t have our vehicle after leaving it at this joke of a body shop as of January 2025. It’s now days away from July and they’re still lying to us. Not once has this repair center called us with updates, we’ve had to reach out time and time again. Each time we’ve contacted them, they told us it would take “1-2 weeks” to finish our vehicle. I brought my car in for repairs expecting professional service, but this experience was beyond disappointing. Not only did the issue with my vehicle not get properly fixed, but I also had to come back multiple times just for the same problem. This place deserves to be closed because of their lack of credibility and respect for customers. I am one of their victims because they defrauded me and did not fix my car even though I have a fifteen thousand dollar warranty on my car and they did -not know this.
My friend Ahmad bought van from this dealership and bought full coverage including engine coverage and made him sign so many papers and he doesn't even read English.when his van engine broke down,they only offer to cover $4000 and he has to pay the rest
