Completely unhelpful and this has been on numerous occasions and un-willing to help when descriptive details given for parts. Only ever attempted to use when in the area on repairs. The owners diminer is very patronising and obtous. I think one star is way too gracious however won't let me post if a star isnt given.

The older guy simply goes out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible. Experienced it a few times with him. Almost begged him to just have a look at some flushes today to see if I could match it and he flatly refused saying he was too busy. Not good. The shop was empty and he was supping his brew when I walked in.
This place is amazing. I have been searching everywhere and couldn't get what I needed. Was told to try here. Within minutes he had found what I needed. I can't thank or recommended this place enough.
Advised to go here by CHP in Failsworth "because they have loads of spares" for old stuff, new stuff ect and may be able to help. It was a long shot but appears they don't have anything special like a really large inventory of older parts or anything like this as expected. They were okay but nothing special. Because they didnt have a selection of suitable seals or a similar unit to replace the old flusher I was offered a fairly pricey unit I could have picked up similar for £12 from screwfix or toolstation.
