I was made to feel very uncomfortable just prior to my check up because I had previously not chosen to buy glasses from this optometrist. I said I did try and buy from them but they had a narrow range and nothing suited my face. The optometrist told me about how they make money and I felt worse as he did a rushed eye test. I left with a script determined to never come back. The most annoying thing was the script was wrong and 3 times stronger than my eyes needed. Would not assist with measuring my IPD (a 2 minute procedure) so I could set up my VR headset correctly
I had a great experience at Edmund Mann's office. My partner and I were highly recommended to see Edmund and we were not disappointed. He was very knowledgeable and thorough during our eye exams, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of our questions. The receptionist(sorry didn't get your name) was also very friendly and efficient. Overall, we were both very satisfied with the service and professionalism of both Edmund and the receptionist. Just picked up my prescription multifocals from here and I they were spot with my vision , didn't need any back and forth that the lens strength was too high or made me feel like I was dizzy from the glasses as I've experienced from a couple of the franchised optometrists I've been to and they have had to adjust the lenses , Edmund I believe his name was got my prescription right first time , highly recommend the independent and did I mention his prices were also better than the big boys , I had essilor lenses fantastic , th... read more
