Bad customer service, you have to leave you wife alone at waiting room. Doesn’t make sense at all.
I don’t normally post reviews and if I do, I normally would give five stars but I will make an exception in this case. Firstly I’m giving 5 stars to Dr Regan who is nothing short of amazing! I’ve seen her a few times and she’s very patient, kind and takes her time to explain and she listens which honestly is very rare with doctors(in my experience). Had a great experience at the clinic. Dr Regan is so lovely and caring. Nice staff.
I was a little worried coming here because of the reviews about the reception but reception was fantastic and super nice! Only had to wait for about 15 minutes to go in which was great. Dr. Regan is so nice and caring, and her resident was a complete sweetheart and was very thorough! I have a high risk pregnancy and they both made me feel heard and cared about. Definitely recommend Dr. Regan!
The worst customer service I ever experienced. I don’t why educated doctors will hire such illiterate rude persons at the reception.
