Beautiful home and wonderful staff, but severe administrative communication issues My sister and I considered Kingsway Care Home for our mother based on a recommendation from a senior placement specialist. My mom moved into the Kingsway Group Home in January of this year and from the start her care and stay was both positive and therapeutic. It was a difficult time for her and our family but knowing that she was being taken care of and the knowledge and experience of the owners helped give me and my family peace of mind that she was in the best place possible. Kingsway provided exceptional care of our mother whom suffered from Parkinson’s disease. Gucci and his care team was very compassionate during mom’s stay. He provided constant support and encouragement during her care. He also, without hesitation, provided ongoing updates on mom’s care plan, including daily updates. We would highly recommend Kingsway without any hesitation.
My father was a resident of Kingsway for 4 1/2 years and primarily bed bound for the majority of that time. He received outstanding compassionate care. He had several different caregivers over the years and we were pleased with all of them! The managers of the home were super supportive and always available for questions or concerns. My family and I highly recommend Kingsway for the personalized care of a loved one.
