I Have been coming to this medical centre for many years. They are always very caring & professional. All the staff including the drs, receptionists, nurse and pathology nurse are friendly & helpful. My personal experiences and care I receive has always been positive.
I was looking for a new doctor as I’ve just moved to the area so called Kingsway Drive Medical Centre. First call I was rudely told to hold the line and waited for over 30 minutes so I decided to hang up and call back later. After calling a couple of hours later I was told they’re not taking any new patients. Very disappointing.
Dr Ban Moussa has been our family doctor for the last five years. By far the best general practitioner I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and trusting with care and health of my family. We are very grateful for her time, care and flexibility to always see us when needed. She is great with children. Overall a great person and even better GP.
