They use dirty and smelly water to clean at car wash. Waste of $12 and my car still dirty lol
Attendant of this car wash does not have undergone any customer service or how to handle clients. Inserted 2 loonies but the machine reads only one, I called the attendant/owner and asked why. He only said I only inserted one coin as it registers one dollar, his face looks and thinks that I am lying about it. What the heck, for one dollar and drive all the way there just to insert 1 dollar? EDIT: the $25 was a hold and I was only charged $2 on my card. I’d like to retract the statement that they are “a scam” however the 1 star remains for the lack of professionalism. Staff your business appropriately. DO NOT come here. Huge SCAM. Tapped my card and the wand was not spraying in bay 4. Hit the stop button( as per the instructions) before the first 2 minutes were up and it still charged me $25. Went to speak to someone in the office (July 1st at about 6pm) and nobody was working.
