Had a far from pleasant experience with this company. Long delays between calls, and emails. My truck was totaled 19 days ago, and have yet to hear any real information about my claim. Received a call yesterday that stated they were investigating if I was at fault, but all evidence proves otherwise. It seems like they just tried to get me to give up. However, I will not.
i am by far pissed of at them specialy a dumb lady by Diane phillips love she is so rude, has no customer service ethic i have no clue, how this woman still in this company , i had a car accident on friday the 13th of this month i called her every freaking day i didnt care since day one i knew this place was going to be difficult. 1St they took forever to send someone to see my car then the guy that went to see my car at the shop were i took it walked in saw it and walked out, didnt give the mechanic a name, a card nothing h... read more
