The needs are more than space allows. Dinning room has no supervision, no one checks to see if the CNA are doing there jobs, short of help always. Teeth are never brushed, the residents are not offered cool drinks enough. So much more. I have tried to get help within home it never gets better. I pray every day for things to get better for the residents and they are the ones that suffer. There is no place for the nonsmoking residents to go out side.
