Consistently poor, unfriendly, unhelpful or nonexistent service whenever I go here for anything. Today was the last time. Truax or Leamington is far superior where staff smile or try to help and usually do. Liked this place when it was small in their previous spot. I notice the parking lot is always near empty. Gradually I learned why.
I'm editing my five-star review from a few years ago. Home hardware Kingsville has become absolutely useless. I purchased two large rolls of fencing today. I was told where it was located. When I found it the rolls were gigantic. I asked the employee if I'm expected to carry these up to the cash register myself, and she said yes. No one would help. The rolls are typically found in the number yard, but for some reason they had them in the store. They were 5 ft tall and approximately 80 lb each. They're too large to fit in the... read more
The staff all seem like good friendly people. I do not like the organization of the store.
I have a bad customer experience everytime I walk into this store. It's either zero help or a snippy, rude response. I went to customer service to exchange brackets and from the moment I walked up the older blond lady with purple eye liner was very rude. She was was very short with me and unpleasant. Basicly trying to push me out of the store. It made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable. I know you already don't have a lot of customers for a small town but you just lost another.
