They carry things the other Home hardware stores don't stock, or run out of. Well worth the 15 minute trip from Leamington! I check there first before other branches. I also enjoy getting the employee people experience. I'm not one that likes to shop on line. I prefer the face to face interactions when getting the supplies I need for my home!

Consistently poor, unfriendly, unhelpful or nonexistent service whenever I go here for anything. Today was the last time. Truax or Leamington is far superior where staff smile or try to help and usually do. Liked this place when it was small in their previous spot. I notice the parking lot is always near empty. Gradually I learned why.
