Arrived at our nail appt (4 of us) and everything was fine until my tech started trying to scrape my nails off with a edge of a nail and wouldn’t listen when I told her they needed to be soaked. I went with a nude/pink base and my tech barely filled my nails at the cuticle area making it look like they are already grown out by 2 weeks. I had to file and fix them when I got home. One evening the community electrical power went out and Holly stayed extra late to finish both my daughter and my acrylic nails once the power came back on. Holly stayed overtime past closing time to finish our nails and even took extra time to add design details on both my nail and then went back and offered to add to my daughter’s nails too :).
