While we like Dr. Courtney, disappointed in a situation we had where she made a recommendation that we followed but it then resulted in a bigger problem. Unfortunately, right around when it happened is when she stopped being in-network with our military insurance. We had to pay out of pocket for an appointment & xrays that we don't believe we would have had if we didn't follow that recommendation. Was hoping she'd work with us in that regard but she didn't. Great dental practice! I took my daughter to Kingstowne Dental Spcialists and We met two doctors for regular cleaning, baby teeth extraction and consultation on expander/ braces from Dr. Suzanne and Dr. Courntney during our visits. All are very knowledgeable and friendly, they heard our concerns, answered all our questions. On our recent visit, Dr. Robert made sure everything is answered for a scan on the expander. This is the best dental office for toddler checkups. They were so patient, kind, and friendly with my 3-year-old, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. The staff made her feel comfortable, and the visit went smoothly. I had a really good experience and would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring dentist for their little one.
