About this business
Owner and staff are fully vaccinated, but we can wear masks upon request. We monitor our body temperatures on an hourly/daily basis and we also use Covid tests kits whenever necessary. We can also offer no-contact rug pickup and delivery for customers who want to be extra careful. Our drop location is open between 8 AM and 3 PM Monday through Friday. Steve was very responsive from the start and his team completed the job within the agreed-upon timeframe. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of work. Our rug looks fantastic, and we'll definitely be using their services again in the future.

So glad I found Kingstowne Carpet! I was on the verge of tossing a much beloved but seriously dirty rug. But based on glowing reviews, decided to take a chance. So glad I did! Kingstowne was quick to respond and so kind. They both picked up and returned the rug to my home - a huge plus. And given the condition of the rug, did a remarkable job. Highly recommend!!
Excellent experience. Steve is very knowledgeable and brought our tibetan area rug back to its original condition. Will not use anyone else.
Only great things to say about Steve and his work! He cleans the rugs like new—including my Moroccan wool shag rugs! His prices are also very competitive, and he has been so helpful with pickup and delivery. It’s seamless, easy, and great quality work every time. Can’t recommend Steve enough!
