This complex does not care about their residents. No heat- I was told by the maintenance man my aunt can put on more layers and that the fair housing act says they can’t provide space heaters. The apartment during the day is 46 degrees and at night colder. Since this issue has been reported not one person in management has even checked on my aunt. Kingstown Gardens is such a quiet place to live and the other residents are so warm and friendly. My apartment is spacious and suits my needs. The management staff is so helpful too. Would high recommend this place.
