Francis and his team were a huge help. In our older building, the dryer vent lines had not been cleaned for a long time, and several units were heavily clogged with lint and dust. Since we did not have blueprints, it was challenging to trace where each vent line exited, but Francis took the time to carefully inspect the system, map out the vent paths, and make sure every connection was identified correctly. They did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts quickly and efficiently. Kaleb and Carson were very professional, courteous, and patient throughout the whole duct cleaning process, especially with our grandmother when she was unsure about what was happening. They explained everything clearly, worked carefully, and left the vents and airflow system in great shape. We would gladly use their air duct cleaning service again and highly recommend them for future duct and vent cleaning needs.
ricky and francis came out to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. very polite, professional, on time, and reasonably priced. they did a thorough job removing dust and buildup, improved the airflow, and also installed a new bird guard on the outside vent to help keep out critters and debris. our system is working better now, and the whole duct cleaning service was smooth and efficient. i would definitely recommend them for air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
