Carson arrived right on time and showed his ID. He explained the air duct cleaning process and what areas he would be focusing on before starting the job. Carson made sure to carefully treat any problem spots in the vents and worked very thoroughly, not leaving until all the ducts were completely clean. I was amazed at how fresh and clean the air feels in my home now—what a big difference!
