My golden retriever was bitten by a snake last week. Harvey was 15 but a healthy, tough boy. Our vet - Will was amazing. He gave us all our options, explained everything and was empathetic in such a dreadful set of circumstances. Unfortunately Harvey didn’t survive, but was given his best chance by Will & his team. Olivia who was in the office was caring & lovely. Not the outcome I wanted, but a professional, caring team to deal with.
My son was extremely upset to lose his cat from a snake bite. All the people at this vet went above and beyond to try to keep her alive but unfortunately she couldn't survive. Even though she passed, they treated my son with so much love and respect. Letting him mourn the loss and giving him so much comfort in the process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to all of you. You definitely touched our hearts
Great vet, very kind with our old girl, who gets monthly arthritis injections. We travel a lot , Victoria, NSW, Queensland and SA, find most vets charge around $17.00 to $40.00 being the most expensive, until today $103.50. OUCH
This veterinary practice is excellent. After hours emergency consultation saved our JR dog while we were holidaying in Robe. Thanks Dr Amelia and staff
Holidaying in the area, my dog was unwell, conversation had and Britney listened to me and said I had done everything correct if unwell in the morning to bring him in. I'm so impressed with their customer service and advice. They did not not panic and tell me to come in straight away. Great service, friendly. Thank you
