Melinda was very good to work with. I set up my units originally online and they were in separate buildings. She called to confirm I wanted 2 and put me in 2 side by side. Very pleasant to work with and made sure she was meeting our rental needs. Thank you Melinda!

Great storage facility. I highly recommend. Super clean and has indoor and outdoor units. They have different sizes to pick from too. I personally love how friendly and accommodating the owners are. I wanted to get a unit near my girlfriends and she set that right up… at 9pm on a Sunday night. Then I realized we needed a bigger unit and the next day we text her and within minutes had us swapped to the bigger unit and everything taken care of. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but Melinda and Kingston Smart Storage deserve one. From the start, Melinda was straightforward, helpful, and just easy to work with. She made the whole process quick and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when you’re dealing with storage needs. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to get in and out of.
