Professional service, and customer care.
Took car there for a FULL service. 500 bill. They said would I like something else done that should have been already done. Another 500. Got car back and the alarms are still not reset because they want me to bring it back a 3rd ffn time for basic brake pads replacement. Absolute rip off. If you are a regular or local, you may be ok but if you are a new customer you will get your ar$e handed to you.
Got these guys to fit a set of coilovers , , they cut the top off on one of them , while trying to fit it , and got the car back it was rattling and squeaky , and was told there’s nothing they can do to fix it ..$2500 out of pocket and they offer me 500 🤬🤬
Always take my Mercedes sprinter there for a service, even drive out if my way to do so. They know I live in my van and they always offer a car or drive me back to the CP and pick me to get my van
