I’m assuming due to the positive reviews that are approximately a year old and older that they are deleting negative reviews. This place is terrible! If you have another option I strongly suggest you take it! Rude staff, zero communication despite my best efforts. Clearly understaffed and can not get questions answered or a call back from the social worker. Definitely check out the google reviews as well. I can not believe people have to endure being at this place!
I’ve worked there before and so has my significant other. I have also worked at many other health care facilities and I’d have to say Kingston is by far the worse. The food was prepared horribly and ALWAYS off brand crap. My old co workers never enjoyed being there for the residents and never cared about anything but the paycheck. The management is an absolute joke and runs the building terribly and unfairly. I’d never wish my worst enemy to live or work there. ❌ingston=HELL
