I had a disappointing experience with this company. I contacted them for a quote and explained that I already had brand-new plumbing fixtures that I purchased myself. Instead of working with me or adjusting their pricing accordingly, they refused to even consider it. There was no flexibility or willingness to have a reasonable discussion about the scope or cost of the job. It felt like they were only interested if everything was purchased through them, regardless of the customer’s situation.

From initial design conversation through to handover Mark he kept us informed of progress, updates and raised any decisions early.
