First of all, I appreciate the service I received from Deven. We called him on a Saturday when he got there and diagnosed the issue, the bearing hub needs replaced. He said due to being after 5pm, the stores are closed so per him, he went to the store at 7am next day, even though later on I called the store, they said they are open 24/7. But anyway they didn't have the part we needed so had to wait til Monday. Monday comes they didn't have part in stock so we ordered it and supposed to arrive Wednesday morning.
