He’s very unprofessional
Can’t recommend these guys enough. They stepped in to fix our radiant heat which had been disconnected by another company who couldn’t restart it. They worked with the company rep (for the controller) and an electrician and got the whole thing, not only working again, but better than ever. Very professional and responsive.
Terrible customer service. Not professional at all. I'm amazed on how they're still even open.
