I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this medical centre. The staff at reception are always courteous, efficient, and willing to help with bookings and enquiries. The doctor, Dr Moti Ram is professional, attentive, and take the time to listen and explain things clearly. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and runs on time for the most part, which is greatly appreciated.
A slight delay (10 mins) but the doctor was very friendly and great with the kids.

I’ve had consultations with a few GPs over the past few years, but after seeing Dr. Ram for two appointments, I can honestly say I was really impressed. He was really thorough during both visits and didn't rush at all, took the time to understand what was going on. I am confident that I won’t need to change anymore doctors.
