Closing on my house November 8th and I’m so loving it . My realtor Ms Linda took me to this place on September 1st and I said to her I feel like I’m home . I had an incredibly negative experience with the builder, sales agents, and closing agents from Century Complete/Communities. They engaged in false advertising to convince me to purchase a house and pay earnest money. After paying the earnest money, they informed me that we did not qualify for a promotion and changed the terms. Reluctantly, to avoid losing my earnest money, I proceeded with the purchase.
