Quick service and almost painless.
I called and got an appointment for 8 or so days later. The day came, Saturday after Thanksgiving, and no one showed up. No one called. Monday came and no one called then either. Lousy service indeed. The 1 star is apparently mandatory. I couldn't post this comment with no stars, which is what I would have chosen.
Terrible service. I called for a service call and they asked if I was available the same day which I was not. I asked about the next day and she would call me back with a date since the service tech's were not going to be in that area and didn't want them driving all over the place. Two days later the service techs arrived and stated it was the circuit board. They got the info they needed and they would check for the part.
