Ultimately we found communication to be very poor. Our mortgage lender ended up reaching out to us directly after also getting poor communication from the broker. We reached out multiple times, including to Kingston Mortgage Solutions directly, after the broker stated they would refund us a surprise cost after closing. It turns out that it was just an empty promise to keep our business, as we were ignored each time. Due to poor communication I would not recommend the business.
