Absolute awful doctors! You ring at 8 to be in a queue of say 5 and there’s no appointments… this happens every single day even if you are closer in the queue! You turn up at the doctors and it’s ALWAYS empty! Staff on the phone can be quite rude when asked why there is no appointments. They 9/10 tell you to go to a walk in centre that can take up to 7 hours waiting time to be seen! Would give a 0 if I could. This is the wrost health centre ever, starting with the receptionist that are rude, definitely not trained to be answering phones and dealing with customers, not qualified to answer basic stuff and get rude over the phone if questioned. Don't waste your time at this place. Ridiculous train your staff properly.
The doctors do not care and do not listen, they just argue with you. You never see a doctor face to face it is always on the phone, I’ve been here over 3 years. They do not follow up with blood results either. One doctor asked why I even had a blood test, they do not read notes before appointments because of the lack of care. Doctors are argumentative, unsympathetic and really not interested in you and your symptoms. But they are happy to push different drugs on you that you don't want, and then say we're not micro managing your medicine! I am moving due to the terrible service I have received, I would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
