They will explain everything to you in terms you can understand. It is a comfort to know that I can take my car to them with confidence.

If it's something that's been driving you crazy but always stops just when you get to the garage, Ritchie will find it anyway. Sometimes I take the "easy" stuff elsewhere, but if it's something big that I really need to know is going to be done right, without trying to sell me a bunch of other stuff I don't need, I call Ritchie.
